Flower Box Workshop

Delicately piped floral designs are crafted using Halal-certified white bean paste.
Unlike whipped cream or dairy-based frostings, this offers a completely new kind of decorating experience.
Since it contains no oils, it holds its shape well and remains beautiful even in hot weather.

This is the first workshop in Malaysia where you can learn the art of white bean paste flower piping.
The cake base is made with gluten-free rice flour sponge cake, combining elegant presentation with a gentle touch for the body.

Participants will learn four different piping techniques,
and the completed flower box can be taken home.

 

Beginners are welcome.

Our local and Japanese instructors will guide you through everything—from coloring the bean paste to floral decoration—in a way that is clear, approachable, and easy to follow.
