Collection: About the Workshop

HANASHIBORI workshops are hands-on classes in flower cake decoration using Shiro-an (white bean paste).Shiro-an is known for its gentle sweetness and smooth texture, crafted with body-friendly ingredients.For the cake base, we use recipes featuring rice flour and tofu, offering a gluten-free, light texture.All coloring is done with naturally derived color powders, ensuring safe, beautiful, and warm hues.

HANASHIBORIのワークショップは、白餡(Shiro-an)を使ったフラワーケーキデコレーションを学べる体験型レッスンです。白餡は、やさしい甘さとなめらかな食感が特長で、体にやさしい素材から作られています。スポンジの土台には米粉や豆腐を使ったヘルシーレシピを採用し、グルテンフリーで軽やかな口当たりを実現。着色はすべて自然由来のカラーパウダーを使用しており、安心して美しい色彩を表現できます。
